An email was received via Anglo Info from Acme Creations, requesting an events proposal & budget for an upcoming event. The brief was to help organise an award ceremony, for 80 Lawyers who would be travelling to London from India, Mumbai, to collect various awards that was being awarded to them by their company.

 

After speaking to the Acme Creations Events Manager, additional information was received. The venue & catering had already been booked but the rest was down to the Enya Events Management team.

 

Booked via us were various entertainment acts as well as set design, photographer, videographer & additional services all supplied via the Enya Events screened contacts List.

The DJ played pop and Bhangra music with various club beats. Our Sound & Lighting engineer provided the: Sound, LED Lighting effects, AV Equipment (Projector screens, projector, laptop, drape kit, lectern, mics) truss, rigging, speakers, back drop and props, Videographer, Photographer, Set design (setting of tables, chairs, venue, ice flute, flowers, table cards & menu), Hostess, to help present the awards, Illusionist (Magician), Swing Dancers & Salsa Dancers. Plus a designated Events Manager who was there to make sure everything went according to plan from beginning to end.

    

The back drop for the set was delivered the day before the event, this caused a small problem as this meant the set designers had to construct the backdrop rig in a short amount of time. Even though time was short everything was set up on time.
