                                                           11:00am – 05:00pm, (set up from 10.00am)
 

The Event Stars Exhibition is a FREE* event aimed at anyone planning to, or who are in the process of organising an event. Giving our guests a chance to look for ideas, buy products, gain tips & hire professional services to add to their special event.

The event will include exhibition stands, manned by experts working within the events industry, workshops (a £6 fee is charged for each) a give away bag containing promotional material distributed to each attendee, as well as a raffle.
 

Funds raised from the raffle will be donated to the Richard House Children’s hospice, based in East London. The hospice provides care and support for life-limited children, children with complex healthcare conditions and their families. A worthwhile charity located locally.
 

Exhibiting at an event is one of the most efficient, effective and successful marketing activities available to you.

Having a presence at the Event Stars Exhibition, will give you exposure to a targeted audience, giving you the opportunity to sell your products and services to these highly targeted visitors on a face to face basis.
 

To participate in the Event Stars Exhibition, there is a fee of £80 for each exhibition stand.
 

The fee will include:
 

• Exhibition space (2ft x 6ft) with 2 chairs

• The opportunity to meet noteworthy targeted clients

• A highly professional, dedicated PR & marketing campaign for the exhibition

• Full branding on the event website, includes company logo and a link to your company website / Social media site.

• A listing within the events booklet (250 copies will be printed)
